Along the banks of the San Joaquin Delta is River Islands, a place that celebrates the new California. Classic elements of sky, land and water are the backdrop for this remarkable master-planned community.
Connected to the Tri-Valley, BART and Silicon Valley by ACE train, you can live here, be everywhere.
The neighborhoods of River Islands have been created to take full advantage of the community’s setting and amenities. Some neighborhoods look out to our lakes and others are planned in proximity to our schools, parks and the San Joaquin River.
Education is at the core of our vision for River Islands, with a high-performing K-8 Technology Academy already open on-site, and a STEAM campus just across the street. More schools are in our plans, and the region is already home to some of the state’s finest universities.
ENSURING THAT WE CAN OFFER NEIGHBORHOODS OF DIFFERING ARCHITECTURAL STYLES, HOME SIZES AND FEATURES.
We work closely with our builders to ensure that the new home collections share our design principals, which bring together the best of building technology with designs that reflect the area’s historic roots. That’s why the neighborhoods look good, live well and feel like they belong to the area and to the River Islands community.
Physical activity is essential to good health, and the community design at River Islands makes recreation easy and convenient. Lakes, trails, parks, bike paths, bocce courts…there is a lot to do, close to home.
Kiper Homes is now offering its second lakeside neighborhood within the River Islands master planned community: Beacon Bay. This collection of homes reflects a commitment to quality design, innovative features and an attention to detail that are the hallmarks of a Kiper Homes community.
This new home collection from Van Daele will feature homes with First Floor Master Suites, oversized Great Rooms, Bonus Rooms, spacious Master Bedroom Suites, beautiful and functional gourmet Kitchens, and Van Daele’s signature indoor/outdoor California Rooms.
Enjoy the flexibility of this collection of easy-living homes, many with lake views and balcony options. Garages are located to the rear of these fine residences, a unique design approach that allows the architectural styling to shine through from the front.
