Dell’Osso Family Farm has an exciting new experience coming this spring: The First Annual U-Pick Cherries on the Farm! Did you know one of the major benefits of living in River Islands is the proximity to local farms and produce? The Dell’Osso Family Farm planted their cherry orchard five years ago, and thanks to all their hard work, they now have enough fruit to open to the public. The year’s cherry crop will be available to pick on Saturday, May 14th and Sunday, May 15th and then Friday-Sunday the following week until the cherries run out! If you want to make sure you can participate, we recommend visiting during the first weekend.

Bring your family to the farm and enjoy a day of picking the delicious Coral, Bing, Brooks, and Tulare varieties of cherries. Dell’Osso Farm will provide you with buckets for your haul and weigh them for you when you’re finished picking. In addition to picking cherries, the Dell’Osso Farm bakery will also have other cherry delights such as cherry turnovers, cobbler, donuts, popcorn, and more! No reservations are required, and there is plenty of free parking at the farm.
