It’s time to head back to school at River Islands. The 2022-2023 school year begins August 10th and we cannot wait for the halls to be bustling with students again. We have some exciting announcements to share before we begin the new year. First, we are so excited for the EPIC Academy to open for the 2022-2023 school year! The EPIC Academy is River Islands’ third kindergarten through eighth-grade school. In addition to the K through 8th classes, there will also be a separate Ninth Grade Academy on the EPIC Academy campus. This addition will help the inaugural class of the future River Islands High School have a seamless transition both socially and academically, while the construction of the high school continues.

The charter schools in our community are a major point of pride, as we are wholly committed to providing the children of our residents with an exceptional education. We believe that an optimal learning environment is one in which a student can grow socially, emotionally, and academically.
