Introducing the River Islands’ Aerial Tour—a new virtual tool that allows you to get a 360° aerial view of our stunning master-planned community. Utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and drone technology, our 3D Aerial Tour gives you the opportunity to explore our community’s neighborhoods, picturesque parks, incredible amenities, and more from the comfort of your current home.

Using the interactive icons, you can take a deep dive into our beautiful neighborhoods and their floorplans with virtual and video tours, and sign up to receive the latest news on future neighborhoods with our “Stay Up To Date” icon. Want to see River Islands hotspots like The Boathouse, Islanders Field, our amazing parks, and more from a different perspective? There’s a Google Maps feature conveniently located on the right side of the screen that you can use to navigate our community.

Now that you’ve learned more about our Aerial Tour and its special features, it’s time to move into the flight direction and experience River Islands from a bird’s eye view. Place your seats in the upright position and get your computer, mobile device, or VR headset ready. Here’s what you need to know to navigate your virtual Aerial Tour:

• – To go to your desired location, click on the interactive icon.
• – If your desired location does not appear on the screen, click on the designated box at the bottom of the screen to locate your River Islands destination.
• – Once you’ve found your desired location, you can click through the square-shaped icons at the bottom of the screen for photos, videos, and more information.
• – To view the Google Maps’ version of our community, click on the faded globe on the right side of the screen. This will allow you to click on the circles that will take you to the different locations. To transition back to the original screen view, click on the faded arrow.
