A “Grape” Time Was Had at the Priest Ranch Winemaker’s Dinner

We are thrilled that the Priest Ranch Winemaker’s dinner, hosted by River Islands at The Boathouse, was a smashing success! Over 70 guests attended for an evening of fine food and wine from Priest Ranch Wines. Craig Becker, Priest Ranch Wines’ head winemaker, mingled with the guests and discussed his approach to creating fine wines on the winery’s St. Helena estate.
Guests of the Winemaker’s dinner enjoyed a six-course meal prepared by The Boathouse, and each course was perfectly paired with a variety of vino. Priest Ranch, which shares a parent company with River Islands, is creating a wine club just for Islanders, with plans for deliveries to be made to our community four times per year, accompanied by exclusive pick-up parties! Islanders will also receive special discounts and be invited to the tasting room in Yountville for a complimentary wine tasting once a year.
