We are thrilled to announce that River Islands has been named the most successful master-planned community in Northern California for the third year in a row by John Burns Real Estate Consulting and RCL Advisors. River Islands earned the Number One spot for Northern California masterplans and was also listed as Number Three in the state of California. Overall, ranked against master plans all over the country, River Islands was in the Top 30.

Why does River Islands receive this accolade, year after year? River Islands Development President Susan Dell’Osso attributes the community’s success to the “amazing sense of community” created by the master plan itself, its award-winning homebuilders, and the residents who have chosen to put down roots in Lathrop.

Ms. Dell’Osso continued, “The River Islands we see today represents only the first phase of its development.
